Rather than being purely instructional, the live Somatic Inquiry Sessions are immersive and experiential - something which can only be taught live.
Drawing on Vanda Scaravelli’s philosophy through the teaching of Diane Long, we’ll explore the essential qualities of movement. Accompanied by dips into somatic meditation, guided rest exercises, and self-reflective journalling. We’ll end with a private Q&A and an invitation to share your experience within a community of support.

The Online Archive: Access to The Silent School’s online library containing 20+ hours of classes including guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and somatic yoga.
Monthly live Somatic Inquiry Sessions: One somatic technique or philosophical principle, taught live over 75 minutes, practiced together, recorded if you can't attend. Followed by a private Q&A with an invitation to share your process.
Voice-note access: Your direct line. Record your question, receive a personal voice response within 5 working days.
