The Silent School
The body knows more than it's been allowed to say…
A membership for practitioners who are ready to listen beneath the surface. Built upon inner silence, somatic awareness, and emotional intelligence.
Rooted in the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli.
“It is possible to have a different attitude to yoga in which a new intelligence not imposed by authority, but born from interest, attention and sensibility, will emerge.”
— Vanda Scaravelli
Our Next Chapter
In July, I leave for Italy, to immerse back into the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli. This marks the next chapter of my own practice and our growing school. I’ll be feeding this membership with direct insight so if you've been waiting to begin — this is a good moment to start.
“The tree-pose suddenly makes sense, that is clearly how to practice it. Before I was always, unstable, not enjoying, no getting into the pose. But now, it is a pleasure. And it strengthens the foot and ankle, which is beneficial.” - Paulien, Apprentice Member since March
Isobel’s Story
I came to yoga through elite sport which I left through burnout. I know what it means to use the body as a machine — and I know the specific cost of that. What I teach now comes from a decade of unlearning: travelling through lineages and sitting with teachers to find the heart of true yoga.
For seven years I've studied within the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli — a lineage that treats the spine as intelligent, gravity as a teacher, and silence or stillness as the ground of all action. I combine this practice with somatic tools for nervous system support, emotionally aware meditation, and nature connection.
That's what The Silent School is built from. Not a methodology but a living, breathing, practice.
Trained Forest School Educator, Yoga Nidra Facilitator & Well Woman Yoga Therapy practitioner. Seven years of ongoing study under Caroline Hutton, Kay Campitelli, Robin Stamm, and Diane Long.

“I am working through the Re-wilding course currently. I am really impressed with how well you teach through this format. I can feel a lot of creative flare has gone into it, love the closing video… I think this can be really well received by a wide audience.” - David, Apprentice Member since May

What’s the Difference?
Foundation Membership provides independent, 24/7 access to a pre-recorded library designed for self-regulated physical mobility and mental concentration.
Apprentice Membership builds on this by adding live, interactive somatic sessions, specialised movement philosophies, and direct teaching support.
The main difference is that Foundation focuses on flexible, self-paced individual practice, while Apprentice offers immersive, real-time community learning and mentorship.
