Rather than fighting our symptoms, we learn how to work with the natural healing properties of the body to create long term change.

This is a one-month immersion designed to help you rediscover the "song" of your body. We focus on quality, not quantity. We focus on undoing, not achieving.

  • 4 x Private 1:1 Sessions (60 mins): Weekly sessions tailored entirely to your unique anatomy. We move at your pace, listening for the moment the body is ready to release.

  • Email Support: We’ll stay in touch via email throughout the month, where you’ll be able to ask questions when they arise and receive ongoing support.

  • Complimentary Membership Access (valued at €65/mo): During our month together, you’ll have full, free access to The Practice Room—including recorded practices, a library of resources, and an invitation to the live group calls.
